How to Delete Your Account

🗑️ Delete Account in App

You can delete your account directly in the LuckyCharm app:

  1. Open LuckyCharm app and log in to your account
  2. On the home page, tap your profile avatar
  3. Go to Personal Center
  4. Find and tap "Delete Account" option
  5. Confirm deletion and wait for the process to complete

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted after confirmation.

📧 Contact Us to Delete Account

If you can't delete your account in the app, email us:

Email: [email protected]

Include in your email:

  • Your phone number or user ID
  • "Please delete my account"

We'll delete your account within 7 days.

📋 What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account:
