This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“User” or “You”) and [LuckyCharm] (“the App”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Agreement governs the terms, conditions, and legal responsibilities regarding your access to and use of the App (including mobile, web, and other platforms).
By installing the App or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement (including any subsequent updates). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please immediately stop using and uninstall the App.
You must have full legal capacity for civil conduct or obtain written consent from your parent/guardian before using the App.
You may not use the App in countries or regions where similar services are prohibited or restricted by law.
You may not register or use the App if prohibited by your network service agreement or platform policies.
If you are developing or operating a product that competes with the App and intend to gain unfair competitive information from the App, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate your use.
Minors, with guardian consent, must submit supporting documentation via email ([[email protected]]) before using the App.
Users must provide true, complete, and accurate information when registering.
Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any losses caused by negligence will be borne solely by the User.
Only one valid account may be registered per device. If the system detects multiple accounts on the same device, the App reserves the right to freeze the related accounts.
Users can earn points by completing in-app tasks, including but not limited to watching ads, trying games, answering surveys, or completing activity tasks.
Points originate from revenue-sharing with partners after settlement. User rewards are profit shares, not direct cash payments.
Point allocation is solely determined by the system. The reward amount may vary by task.
We reserve the right to adjust point rules according to operational needs and partner policies, with notice provided in the App.
If cheating, fraudulent traffic, exploiting bugs, or other violations are detected, the App may:
Freeze or reset the user’s points;
Restrict or ban the account;
Retain the right to pursue legal liability.
Users may redeem points for cash or other virtual rewards, provided they meet in-app rules (e.g., minimum redemption threshold).
Redemption requests must be submitted through designated channels in the App with accurate payment details (bank account, e-wallet, gift card information, etc.).
Redemption processing time is generally 1–7 business days, subject to third-party payment channels.
Redemption limits (daily/monthly limits on amount or frequency) may apply and will be announced in the App.
Redemption requests may undergo manual or system review to prevent fraud. Abnormal activity may lead to rejection.
Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details. The App bears no liability for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect user information.
Users may not engage in illegal or prohibited activities through the App, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, gambling, or distributing illegal content.
Users may not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, system attacks, or reverse engineering.
The App may display third-party advertisements. Clicking, participating, or downloading is subject to the third party’s terms and conditions.
Any comments, feedback, or ideas submitted by users in the App shall be deemed as granting the App and its partners a permanent, free, and sublicensable license for product improvement, promotion, or other lawful use.
We collect necessary personal and device information for account management, point settlement, fraud prevention, and service optimization.
User information will remain confidential, except in the following cases:
Compliance with laws and regulations;
Task completion or reward settlement requirements;
Prior authorization by the user.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to point tasks, reward redemption, or related services.
Users bear the risks of losses caused by uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to network failures, device issues, or partner service interruptions.
The App is not liable for point losses or reward failures resulting from user violations, cheating, or force majeure.
We may amend this Agreement at any time and will notify users via in-App announcements. The amended Agreement becomes effective upon publication.
If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the App and delete your account.
If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws, the App reserves the right to immediately freeze or terminate your account.
The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country or region where the user resides.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the App’s place of registration.
